All items from Little h are made to last, and, as long as you follow the instructions for care, they should last a long time. I take every precaution to make sure each item from Little h is exactly what each customer wants. Everything is completely custom and I spend a great deal of time and energy making sure everything I make is as close to perfect as possible. Because of this, I do not accept returns on items from Little h.
The only exception is if you receive an item that has gotten damaged in the mail. I will take full responsibility for this and will either refund your money or replace the item. You must ship the damaged item back to me either way, no later than five days after you have received it. If you do not ship the item back, or if you ship it back after the five day period, I will not refund or exchange it.
